Well, what else would you do with an old Rolls Royce Jet Engine.  You build a bar. So this Rolls Spey engine is at the core of this build.  Large, brooding and a bit unforgiving. Striking but not all shiny and glitzy.  These engines were workhorses. Magnificently engineered and yet workmanlike. So when you set your whisky down on this it will be one of a kind.
